Our Executive Retreat this fall is in an extraordinary location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Set against the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Encantado is an oasis of serenity, privacy and luxury. Designed to be a destination of wellness and rejuvenation, tapping into the mystic energies for which the New Mexico desert is famous.
Encantado was recently honored as the first and only AAA 5 Diamond resort in New Mexico and named to Conde Naste Traveler's 2009 13th annual Hot List as one of the Top New Hotels and Hottest Spas in the world. Encantado is located in Tesuque, New Mexico, just 10 minutes from Santa Fe's Historic Plaza.
In addition to the world-class spa, the onsite LewAllen Art Gallery is an extension of Santa Fe's oldest and largest art galleries. Other activities including golf, river rafting, horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, fly-fishing, hiking, climbing, ice-skating, swimming, pilates, yoga, fitness and even skiing can be found close by.
A 2-night retreat, it will begin on Sunday, September 12 with member and spouse sessions at 2 pm, followed by a reception and dinner, and wrap up with lunch on Tuesday, September 14. As always, there will be planned activities for spouses and an afternoon of free time for everyone on Monday.
Additional free-time attractions close by include cliff dwellings at Bandelier National Monument (think mini-Mesa Verde) and the Los Alamos National Laboratory, including a History Museum of the cold war era. The resort provides complimentary shuttles to its in-town Concierge office in Santa Fe.
